Peer Mentoring Program
In this program student have opportunities to work with peer students who are first year or transfer students. Goals of the program include:
- To increase the retention of multi-ethnic students
- Maintain academic success of multi-ethnic students
- Enhance cross-cultural interaction and diversity experience of mentors and mentees

Student tutors have the opportunity to exchange their knowledge with other undergrads colleagues; to sharpen their skills in the courses they teach; to gain valuable teaching experience; and to feel the reward of being helpful to others.
